This service is 100% digital and involves no physical goods. Therefore, standard shipping policies related to carriers, addresses, and tracking numbers do not apply.

The purchase grants immediate, non-physical access to a web-based service that uses the Gemini API for document analysis. No physical item, hardware, or media is being shipped to the customer.

2. Delivery Method (Instant Digital Access)

Delivery of the service is completed electronically and instantly:

1. Instant Provisioning: Access is granted after confirmation of successful payment on Razorpay payment portal.
2. Confirmation & Credentials: Confirmation, along with access details (such as account activation links), is sent directly to the customer's registered email address.
3. Delivery Time: The service is delivered instantly, within 7 working days of purchase confirmation.

3. No Physical Address Requirement

Due to the entirely digital nature of our service:

Customers are not required to provide a physical shipping address during checkout.

Any address information collected by Razorpay during the payment process is strictly for billing verification and regulatory compliance purposes only, and will not be used for shipment.
